VIVA Vrchlabí

Project carried out by Nemomax real estate fund.

The project is located in Vrchlabí and involves 4 apartment buildings that will serve their owners as a second home. VIVA Vrchlabí is a base camp for expeditions into the mountains. Špindlerův Mlýn, Sněžka, and Harrachov are all are within reach. Vrchlabí and its surroundings are ideal for pretty much anything: skiing, cycling, hiking, climbing, and paragliding.

Vila Rokoska

A project carried out by Nemomax real estate fund.

This involves partial reconstruction and the construction of a new building in Prague Troja. Construction work was completed and the individual apartments were sold.

Mendel University in Brno

The contract was executed by Synerga, a company we previously owned.

Services included measurement and regulation, building management, reconstruction of the building and heating networks, monitoring, and the delivery of energy services. Modifications were also made to the technologies and M&R facilities on the premises, and work was done on the construction of pavilion Q and the reconstruction of public lighting and hot-water channels. Furthermore, construction work was done on Biotechnology Pavilion M and X. Meters for measuring and evaluating energy consumption were also installed, with connection to the monitoring system on the premises, and we ensured the operation of the technical facilities of the buildings on the premises, including the gate service.

University Hospital Trnava

The project was carried out by the previously owned company DORA Gastro Slovakia, a.s.,

with investment costs amounting to EUR 2,485,000 including VAT. At Trnava University Hospital, we carried out the construction and renovation of the kitchen, warehouses, and the canteen for employees, delivered modern catering technologies, and introduced a new meal distribution system for hospital patients. At the same time, we took over the entire catering operation on the basis of a concession contract, and currently provide catering for all patients and hospital staff.

Poprad Hospital

The project was carried out by the previously owned company DORA Gastro Slovakia, a.s., with investment costs amounting to EUR 3,255,000 including VAT.

At Poprad Hospital, we carried out the complete structural and technological revitalisation of catering operations – full reconstruction of the kitchen, and its facilities, warehouses, and the canteen for employees. We also built a new meal distribution system for patients. We took control of the management of catering operations, and all staff involved in catering operations, and we provide catering services throughout the hospital premises.

Motol University Hospital

The contract was carried out by the previously owned company EPC Motol.

As part of the services we provided, we carried out the largest energy-saving project in the Czech Republic – the provision of energy services to Motol University Hospital. The EPC (Energy Performance Contracting) method, also known as “energy services with a guarantee”, was applied in the project.
