Leader of investment funds for qualified investors
As part of the process of developing our operations, we moved into a major domestic company on the Czech investment scene in June 2021. Avant Financial Group a.s. purchased all investment shares in the AVANT GROUP SICAV, a.s. fund, which is 90% owned by AVANT investiční společnost, a.s., the largest manager of qualified investor funds in the Czech Republic. AVANT IS currently manages and administers 152 funds and sub-funds for qualified investors, with assets totalling more than CZK 125,6 billion, making it the 7th largest asset manager in the Czech Republic.
Real estate fund
Avant Financial Group a.s. owns the majority of investment shares in Nemomax investiční fond s proměnným základním kapitálem, a.s., the share of assets in the fund depending on the projects which the fund carries out. The fund finances projects that are not volatile, i.e. they are better able to withstand pressures that would otherwise reduce their value during times of economic crisis. Here we are talking about projects with higher added value, such as luxury residential resorts on the shores of major lakes. Historically, these and other projects of a similar type have always remained in the growth band and have not succumbed to common market fluctuations or economic recessions. This fact increasingly motivates the fund to invest in quality locations, offering clients the sort of exclusive services always in demand on the market.
Technology fund
Avant Financial Group a.s. owns a majority of the investment shares in the AVANT ENERGY SICAV, a.s. fund. Investments in this fund comprise companies that have on average been established on the Czech market for over 20 years, such as Synerga, Altoma, P.V. Service, and others. These companies, in the sphere of energy, catering, and, for example, gate technology, are all established players on the Czech market. The fund only buys companies that synergistically broaden the scope of the established companies. AVANT Energy SICAV, a.s. therefore aims to improve and expand in areas that it knows well. Stable income is secured because these companies mostly provide long-term services, meaning that contracts for clients often run for longer. Service organisation
Avant Management Solutions s.r.o. is a supplier of administrative and marketing services. It provides these services to companies that were previously owned by Avant Financial Group a.s. and has an overview of their business operations. It therefore relieves its clients of administrative, management, and accounting burdens. It also offers consultation in the economic sphere, organisation, and ICT.
Fund of qualified investors
The investment strategy of the fund AVANT LOAN SICAV a.s. is the provision of short- and medium-term secured loans to investment funds and their subsidiaries in the AVANT ecosystem. All loan recipients are in the structure of AVANT IS and are directly or indirectly managed by AVANT IS. All projects for which funds from loans are used have gone through a strict valuation and credit process within AVANT IS.The fund’s income is linked to the movement of interest rates on the interbank deposit market – PRIBOR, which, in combination with other parameters, makes AVANT LOAN SICAV a.s. stable and secured investment tool to protect against inflation.
Private equity fund
Fund AVANT GROUP SICAV a.s. (AGS) is a so-called “private equity fund” in which all assets of AVANT Financial Group, a.s. are concentrated, especially entities operating on regulated financial markets. The fund’s primary asset is AVANT investiční společnost, a.s., the fund also holds shares in the companies AVANT Advisory, s.r.o. and AVANT Consulting s.r.o.In terms of strategic management, in addition to developing the product portfolio of regulated companies, the fund will also be used to create strategic partnerships under the auspices of the AVANT group. The AVANT Group will provide project financing for its partners; expertise and professional advice and administrative support.
Fund of securities
The investment objective of the NemoMix Fund SICAV a.s. is the permanent appreciation of the funds invested by the shareholders of the fund, namely mainly on the basis of investments in securities issued by investment funds, investment securities and investments in business shares within the fund portfolio of AVANT Investiční společnost in the form of mezzanine financing. NemoMix is a fund of funds that invests in 5 different real estate segments: construction of new apartments, construction of commercial properties, construction of rental houses and apartments, construction of logistics and industrial sites, and investments in agricultural land and forests. This provides an interesting portfolio for investments. With a targeted selection of investment shares in real estate and development, the fund has demonstrated an interesting return even in turbulent times of market changes, which is proven by its returns.
Strategic partner of investors
The company AVANT ADVISORY s.r.o. is a strategic partner of investors and investment funds in the areas of establishment and structuring of investment funds; financial management and controlling of development projects; M&A and transaction consulting; financing and issuance of securities; managing strategic projects and restarting operating companies.
